She sang recently about Bad Blood – but there certainly isn’t any with her accountant.
Taylor Swift has been named the highest-paid musician in the world after reportedly earning more than one million dollars a day for the duration of 2015.
The 25-year-old hitmaker is said to have raked in around $317.8 million since January due to her host of smash hits, a world tour and a series of lucrative endorsement deals.
She’s the world’s highest earning music star and it’s easy to see why with her catchy tunes, stunning looks and generous personality. And it is clear judging by her £651.12 crop top that Taylor Swift isn’t hard up!
The stunning star released her fifth studio album in October last year and the hugely-successful record sold 1.287 million in its first week and debuted at number one in album charts around the world.
On top of the huge success of the album, Taylor embarked on an accompanying tour, The 1989 World Tour, which saw her storm the globe performing 85 jam-packed dates, in North America, Asia, Europe and Oceania.
In 2015, Taylor was placed at number eight in the Forbes Celebrity 100 rich list and number 64 in the Powerful Women list.
Taylor and her boyfriend Calvin Harris, who first stepped out together in May, are ready to become the most powerful showbiz couple on the planet.
She and her Glaswegian-born record producer beau, 31, recently topped a Forbes poll of the highest paid pairings, with a combined net worth of £92.8m ($146m).
Just hours before Taylor’s mega-bucks figures came to light, the singer suffered a painful mishap in the kitchen.
She shared a picture of a heavily bandaged left thumb on Instagram on Saturday and accompanied it with the caption: ‘band aids don’t fix kitchen knife-related injuries.
The caption was a tongue-in-cheek play on a lyric from her hit Bad Blood, which reads ‘Band-aids don’t fix bullet holes.’
